The Solution

We created a first-to-market AI-powered destination that delivered personalized product recommendations from e.l.f. Cosmetics. Through interactive chats with NYLON’s Beauty Hotline, users received tailored beauty tips and tricks. Our playful and charismatic chatbot created an inviting and engaging experience, which made users feel like they were chatting with their beauty bestie. This unique approach inspired users to explore new products and deepen their connection with e.l.f.

This work won a Digiday award for Most Innovative Use of Content and was recognized as a 2025 Webby Honoree in the AI, Immersive & Games category for Best Art Direction.
